Sakura from Tsubasa Chronicles
This costume has multiple skirt layers, and all the white was lined to mimic the pinkish tint seen in the white material in the image. All the piping was made by hand, and the flowers were embroidered by hand. There are many bells on the belt pieces, which were each attached individually.
